As we all know, there are hundreds of restaurants, diners and parlours out there selling burgers, milkshakes, smoothies, gelato and ice cream.  We know you want the best, but what really is the best?  Here are the facts.

The Best Beef Burgers are:
Made with the very best beef - ie from a reputable farm (eg KARAN BEEF), grainfed, "AAA" grade and should never have been frozen.  The supplier butcher should be HCCP certified, subjected to regular compliance audits, and be supplier to national retail chains known for the highest quality products. Minced beef used for patty production should include cuts of rump and sirloin steak and be certified to contain less than 7% fat.
